The Kid Smarthandbook is the official Blue Light Child Safety Guide, designed to promote activities within people's local area. It is delivered to Victorian's primary schools and offers safety information on topics such as drugs, alcohol, sex, bullying and family issues. The Handbook is published 4 times yearly and is distributed to over 14 regions in Victoria.
This handbook is the official Blue Light Child Safety Guide, designed to promote its activities within your local area, and more importantly, offer safety information on issues that our children are subjected to from day to day. Topics such as drugs, alcohol, sex, bullying, family issues etc. are covered. Information on local Blue Light events are also provided.
The Kid Smarthandbook will be delivered to all local primary schools, with 12,500 readership per edition which consists of a combination of hardcopies and e-versions for each of the annual editions across the VIC regions with distributions in January, April, July and October each year. The Kid Smarthandbook is compiled and produced by the Victorian Blue Light State Council, in conjunction with Countrywide Austral Pty Ltd.
