- the good and bad of gangs

  • If the gang does get involved in any crime, particularly violent crime with rival gangs, there is definitely increased risk for you, and possibly your other non-gang friends and family.

  • Not all gangs will be unsafe, involve taking risks or be unhealthy, but some are, and you may know yourself if you are potentially at risk or already at risk.

  • It is important that if you are a victim, to speak to someone and seek help. Maybe there is a school counsellor, youth service, or person in authority, who you can talk to and who can help you decide what to do.
