Great for parents
Many parents struggle to answer the simple things, as they do not know themselves. Advanced questions such as those relating to drugs/sex and even money can be easily found in the handbook. A great resource.

This is a valuable resource for students in our school. We integrate sections the Streetsmart workbook into our Year 11 Personal Development program and have several hard copies of the workbook in each Form room. Each student has been emailed the Streetsmart website so they can access an electronic copy at any time. There are great discussion points and conversation starter topics in this workbook that are age appropriate to the year 11 Cohort.

They don’t get it until they do!!!
Our students often reluctantly take one of these handbooks when their teachers make bold claims about what a worthwhile and valuable resource it is. Then, at some point (usually not too much later on) when they inevitably need to get some advice about an important decision they may need to make- or simply when they want to understand the possible dangers of a new situation- they get it! And they agree wholeheartedly. Isn’t it funny how teenagers always seem to know best what’s best for them until they change their minds, then, they still know what’s best. This book is the new best. Please send us lots more!!
